As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the company collaborates with the Bajaj Group entity Kamalnayan Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation, headquartered in Wardha. The Foundation's adept and professional team strategically plans and executes various programmes aimed at making a tangible impact at the grassroots level, emphasising the development and efficient utilisation of natural and human resources.

Several comprehensive community development programmes have been launched, with a specific emphasis on water harvesting and its effective application to assist farmers facing challenges in the suicide-prone zone of Wardha district in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. Under the integrated water resources development programme, the construction of check dams, percolation tanks, ponds/farm ponds, and other relevant structures has been undertaken. Another significant focus is the rejuvenation of rivers through activities such as dredging and widening of river beds, bori bandhs, inter-linking of water bodies through link water channels/canals, wells and bore wells, recharging through rainwater, gabion structures, and farm bunds.
