Mr. Atul H. Mehta has been a member of our Board of Directors since January 01, 2020. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Law, Capital Market and Human Resources.
Mr. Mehta has served in the industry as a Company Secretary and compliance head for five years before switching to consulting and practising Company Secretary full−time. He has also served as secretary of the International Association of Company Secretaries, which has 42 member countries. Mr. Mehta shepherded the Institute of Company Secretaries All India as President in 2015−16. He has served as Chairman of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2009.
Mr. Mehta has served on the board of various other companies as Independent Director. He has also been elected as Secretary of CISA at Global Level. He was part of the MCA Committee and a member of the RBI Restructuring Committee. Mr. Mehta is also a member of the Company Law Committee (6 members), Ministry of Corporate Affairs 2015; and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
Mr. Mehtais a Corporate Law Advisor, and holds BCom, BGLand FCS degrees. He is a practising Company Secretary, and promoter of Mehta & Mehta Company Secretaries, Mehta & Mehta Advisory Services Private Limited and Mangalam Placement Private Limited.
