Mr. Vinod C. Sampatis a wizard in the field of property−related lawsand is also fondly known as a property "pundit".

He started his career 31 years ago as a practising lawyer and has been a litigation lawyer as well. Currently, he is the proprietor of Sampat's Law Firm. He advises corporates and many multinationals, media houses, co−operative housing societies and eminent film and TV personalities in matters related to property. His expertise lies in co−operative housing societies, self−redevelopment, RERA, Consumer Protection Act, car parking, transfer of flats and recovery of dues. He has authored more than 100 books on co−operative societies, transfer of flat, recovery of dues, registration and stamp duty, car parking and RERA, among others.

Mr. Sampat holds a BCom (Hons) and an LLB, and is an Advocate. He has a team of specialists in the fields like information technology laws, Negotiable Instruments Act, criminal law and matrimonial laws.
